A transaction coordinator (TC) manages all details involved in closing a real estate transaction and oversees the entire process through agents, clients, escrow companies, lenders, & other parties to the transaction.

This is completely up to you. Although, it is more efficient if we can communicate directly with your clients. Of course we keep you informed and cc’d on any correspondence.

You will be cc’d on all file communications and updated if there are any issues or delays. All docs will be uploaded and updated as they are received and you will have regular contact with your TC.

We do not share your information with anyone and your files are very secure. We will not share any info regarding your transaction with anyone you do not authorize us to.

We only get paid if you do!

Yes, we can take over a file at any stage of the transaction.

We never delete any files unless specifically requested to do so.

Depending on experience, a typical real estate agent takes an average of 4-8 hours on a transaction of over a period of 30-45 days. Not only do we save you time, we also put your mind at ease from dealing with the tedious paperwork and back & forth that comes with a transaction.
